Everything is fine. Well, not perfectly but it is fine. Then here you are trying to mess up what seems to be pretty fine. Its not like you mean to but you just can't help but think that there is something wrong. Later on you'll start blaming your hormones for overreacting or that one huge cup of coffee you had earlier for making you feel uncomfortable and anxious. Do not worry, my dear, everything is fine.

ahead of things thinking about the failures or consequences that might never
come. It may not be how you think it would be but that is fine.

are fine. You may not feel perfect or great everyday but you are fine. So stop
giving yourself a hard time, because I am telling you that everything is fine
and you don't have anything to worry about.
